Role & Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
Owning and improving office administration systems, processes and filing
Running day-to-day administrative and operational systems
Managing invoicing processes including raising invoices and chasing payments
Completing finance administration and liaising with external accountants as needed
Maintaining records, templates and documentation so information is easy to access and up to date
Identifying inefficiencies and proactively suggesting improvements
Supporting general operational coordination across the business
Taking on increasing responsibility over time as the role grows
