We play an active and advisory role throughout the whole search and selection process up to and including the offer stage. We do not inundate and send inappropriate CV's to clients. We interview and provide a succinct overview of each candidate, including candidate feedback after client interviews. We will manage the negotiation phase and continue to oversee and manage the process to resignation and ultimately to the first day of employment.

With over twenty years experience within the industry, the methods we use within this sector include our own extensive database of contacts, headhunting and internet/social media advertising.
